Algexo ("the Service") provides access to validated automated trading strategies, execution automation on the customer's own broker account, and portfolio analysis tools. The Service is software and analysis. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or custody of funds.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and resident in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws and tax obligations.
No strategy trades on your account until you explicitly activate it. Lineup suggestions and coverage observations are analysis, not recommendations. You may pause or remove any strategy at any time; changes take effect from the strategy's next session window.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Prices, tiers, and billing terms are stated at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops renewal; already-paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
All strategies, validation methodology, scores, software, and content remain the exclusive property of Algexo. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". Algexo does not guarantee profit, uptime, uninterrupted execution, or any particular outcome. See the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algexo's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and Algexo is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or loss of profit.
You may cancel at any time. Algexo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, active strategies are deactivated and the broker API connection is discontinued.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
