Trading leveraged products such as CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Nature of the service

Algexo provides software tools and analysis: validated trading strategies, execution automation on your own broker account, and portfolio analysis (health, balance, coverage). Algexo is not an investment advisor, portfolio manager, or broker. Algexo never holds customer funds and never makes investment decisions on your behalf.

2. You make every decision

Every strategy activation, deactivation, and material change requires your explicit confirmation. Lineup proposals, coverage observations, and scores are generated from analysis of historical and live strategy behaviour — they are factual descriptions, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. Past performance

All performance figures shown on the platform — including validation results, paper trading records, live track records, health scores, and equity curves — describe historical behaviour. Past performance is not indicative of future results. A strategy that passed validation can lose money. Edges decay. Markets change.

4. Specific risks

Market risk: prices move against positions, including gaps beyond stop levels.
Leverage risk: small market moves produce large gains or losses relative to margin.
Model risk: strategies are statistical models; they can stop working without warning.
Execution risk: slippage, partial fills, broker outages, and connectivity failures can cause results to differ from expectations.
Technology risk: software defects, data errors, or infrastructure failures may affect execution and monitoring.
Drawdown risk: every strategy and every portfolio experiences losing periods. These are normal and unavoidable.

5. No guarantees

Algexo makes no guarantee of profit, of avoiding losses, or of any particular outcome — under any circumstances. Health scores and monitoring reduce the time to detect problems; they do not prevent losses.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your trading decisions, your broker relationship, your account configuration, and ensuring that trading leveraged products is appropriate for your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance. If in doubt, seek independent financial advice.
